Advancement manually entered V2 IDs into Salesforce/Convio June/July of 2013.

Partially completed with the ICA Student Billing system Curt built on SF. Create separate requests for add'l functionality?

This was essentially done in August 2013 with the Suspected Advancement Track field and various affinity and capacity data points and formulas. Periodic review and adjustments will be required.

Kate needs some kind of solution by March, so we're going to try using Designations since that's where these funds already have records. I added a field for her to track those she needs to steward and changed her page layout to be more intuitive for her work. We'll see how that goes.

Implemented for Fall 2013 reviews.

Completed with implementation of VIP and VIP reason fields in salesforce.com with email notification workflow.

Completed with the migration of the temporary PatronManager salesforce org into our primary one, where Advancement and Admissions (and more) data resides.
