I do not believe that this is necessary and the ticket is old.

I don't believe this is an Education Operations task. Moving to Business Operations with the intent to potentially work collaboratively, if necessary.

Camp health forms are now being managed in Salesforce with Drawloop and DocuSign.
After discussion, we believe that it may not be possible to do Academy health forms using this process. Needs additional conversations and research - will not be possible for Fall 2014.

DecisionDesk was used for the Creative Writing Competition. All data was then imported into Salesforce. Project completed.
