Work so far: 

1. Participated in vendor webinar in December
2. Read through website and all demo videos on site
3. Installed Volunteers for Salesforce into UAT
4. read through users guide and worked through installation and configuration guide
5. Created permission set for “volunteer management” & added to Jen’s user profile
6. Created report to look for all current contact who have a volunteer squared ID
7. Met with Jen regarding #’s 1-6
8. Meeting with Jen 1/16. Plan is to meet weekly.

Had conversation with DD. "Real" API targeted for end of first quarter. They want to engage with us to get development requirements in that timeframe. Jonathan Boyle from DD will connect with Dave Limer.
