Beth has been working on this for 9 months, and she met with Michael on 12/12/2013 to discuss. Much of the data is already in SF, but some important aspects are not (e.g. travel budget). Plus, the scoring calculations will to be built and they are complex. Need to implement by April1, 2014 to be useful for FY14 evals and for FY15 goal setting.
