iPad has been received.
Mounting hardware has been ordered, awaiting arrival.
Had meeting with Mindy to discuss details. Potentially will have students just scan their badges even if Google is not finished yet.
To Do:
Mike Smith needs to implement the Google Drive <--> Codereadr integration.
Once hardware arrives, maintenance tickets to install.
Lock Down iPad.

Communication on who is coming to campus, etc.
A VIP flag of some sort would be useful.
But думneed to knowдуќ basis is still required.
Knowing the preferences of guests.
Alumni linkage currently works well. They get chocolate and other думperksдуќ when they check in.
But we donду»t know how often people have visited us, etc.
The ability to analyse trends around visits and get that information integrated into the SFDC environment.
Know who has rented/reserved Frolich (ties win w/ same activitity for MTCAL, or any other rentable facility)

When performances are entered into the Interlochen calendar of events, have that automatically feed to the IPR Almanac.

Shades for Creative Writing Conference Room
The Creative Writing conference room is difficult to use because there are no shades to draw. The glare in the room makes it difficult to use.
