In order to implement some of the West Wind fundraising recommendations (greater segmentation, donor loyalty tags, customized ask strings, annual donation reminders, etc), it would be helpful to have additional Salesforce fields. I've worked with Maya Gasuk to identify these, and it's a big list (I can prioritize if necessary):

Last and largest gift details (hard or soft credit gifts):

Donor Loyalty Tags (3 separate fields: Donor Loyalty; ICA Donor Loyalty; IPR Donor Loyalty). The options would be, respectively:

• Loyal 3+ (Previous FY Total Combined > 0 AND Previous FY2 Total > 0 AND Previous FY3 Total > 0)
• Loyal 2 (Previous FY Total Combined > 0 AND Previous FY2 Total > 0 AND Previous FY3 Total = 0)
• Lybunt (Previous FY Total Combined > 0 AND Previous FY2 Total = 0 AND Lifetime Combined > Previous FY Total Combined + Current FY Total Combined)
• New last year (Previous FY Total Combined > 0 AND Lifetime Combined = Previous FY Total Combined + Current FY Total Combined)
• Sybunt 1-2 (Previous FY Total Combined = 0 AND Gifts in 1 or 2 of the last 5 fiscal years)
• Sybunt 3+ (Previous FY Total Combined = 0 AND Gifts in 3 or 4 of the last 5 fiscal years)
• Lapsed (Lifetime Combined > Current FY Total Combined AND no gifts in the previous 5 fiscal years)

Modify the "Consistent 5 FY Donor" and "Consistent 10 FY Donor" fields to show a count of FYs with gifts (not necessarily consecutive).

And add some additional fields to Account:

• Last Parent Year - Camp
• Last Parent Year - Academy
• Total # of Parent Years
• Total # of children who have attended Camp or Academy

• Roll up to account (from students' contact record):
  
  • "Most Recent Academy App"
  • "Most Recent Camp App(s)"

• Last Patron (ticket buying) Year
• Concatenated list of Patron Years (ie. Patron Years: 2011, 2012, 2013)
• Count of Patron Years (total # of calendar years in which they bought tickets)

Instead of multiple people using the same Hotel Salesforce login, can we have a web page that doesn't require SF login - and that is all it does.

We have many disparate SQL servers.  Now that we have the Cisco UCS BladeCenter it makes both financial and performance sense to consolidate these and move them to the latest version of SQL.  This will also be the location for all legacy app DBs.  The report server will allow for custom SQL reports to be written and viewed over the web. 

Creative writing would like an additional projector in the WH conference room so that two classes could be given at once. This would also be handy for meetings.

Thanks to the purchase of the new camera, we hope to be able to do this on our own. Aimн©, Chris, Anne-Marie and Mika will need some support and training as we learn to convert files in Handbrake and edit in iMovie before uploading to Squarespace. Jeremy and Aimн© are taking the lead on this.
