Migrate unmigrated data from PatronEdge db

PatronEdge is running on Windows Xp which is no longer supported by Microsoft as of April 2014. Need to determine what data didn't get migrated as part of the PatronManager implementation and migrate it to PM/salesforce. Also, likely need to determine better/creative ways to report on the data that was migrated, "Historical Ticket Orders" specifically.
