automate ICA Employee classifications based on Employment data

The "ICA Employment Status" field is based on Contact Classification Types. Now that we are updating Employment records based on ADP (manually), it would be good to have a trigger take care of updating the Classification Type(s) based on Start/End date of the Employment record.
