Make Purchase Request Fields Searchable

It would be great if there was a better way to handle the immense dropdown fields for Dept Code, Expense Code, Fund Code, and Project Number. Perhaps something searchable with an auto-complete mechanism similar to how help.interlochen.org search works?

This not currently possible with FormAssembly but we will revisit at some point.
