Improve how IPR music content is accessed

Music on a hard drive instead of on a shelf, both our content that we are playing on the radio as well as recordings of our actual composite broadcast.
Archive of content that is reported to the FCC.
Currently stored on DVDs.
Potential to work with the library on archiving or simply adding space to the current IPR environment.
