Ecommerce tracking on PatronManager

Chris Gruits and marketing would like the Google Analytics ecommerce tracking implemented on the PatronManager online ticketing process, so that we can see the $ value of each sale and attribute it to marketing campaigns, emails, and other sources.

Megan ended up doing this on her own with PatronManager, once we upgraded our GA package.
