Track IAA student Awards in Salesforce

"Beth has requested research on the Presidential Scholars for use by our office, and division chairs, marketing, etc. I've located the list from Education, currently with 42 names. Beth will talk to Susan about the research needs.How would you advise we capture this information in Salesforce? It falls under the broader student "awards" topic that I know IT has struggled with.

I'd like to move away from the spreadsheet or a Google doc if possible, since this is something we would update annually. Do I create Campaign with members? Do I add them into a Presidential Scholars Event where we can download a research report from Susan for non-SF people? (we would not want to share financials with division chairs and marketing) Do we add a check-box in SF, just has we have for Charter Presidents Club or Advisory Board, etc. It would be great if it is something we can co-manage with Education.It is a permanent "Honor" for these alumni. There are also multi-levels to the YoungARTS program. Not certain if we would research these honorable mentionees, but we may want to capture this information while we are at it on behalf of Interlochen."
