Technology Accessibility and Refresh

Laptops.
Cameras.
Sound recording.
Software: Final Draft, Final Cut.
24x7 access to their tools.
Ideally have a three year refresh cycle with cameras and equipment.

Can we adopt a consignment model with a partner to get access to modern equipment for a reasonable / no cost that is then sold after the year / period of access?
Who could we partner with to make this happen? Canon, etc.

Current cameras are old enough now that they are a little fragile and not particularly appealing to current / incoming students.
Only have two now.
Would like to provide the quality equipment they need in order to ensure everyone has access to the tools they need.
