Transition ICCA website webform submissions to integrate with Salesforce Luminate and create a Contact designation, so we don't need to create these manually.

Yes.  Right now, the workaround is to receive the email response to this webform submission in Gmail, and add the Contact in SF through the Cirrus widget.

Is this the best solution? Or, can this current web form auto populate a contact in SF?
