Optimize Enrollment Agreement

All the information that needs to go into an enrollment agreement doesnду»t currently fit very well into the ERx system.
The EA is like a billing statement, and billing is not a natural capability of ERx.
think about modeling FA into a billing/financial domain space
noted that re-enrollment for academy should possibly not be done via admissions/dummy-applications. Very interesting to think about a better place for this to live, and what else is similar.
Also not really meant to handle re-enrollment every year because of ERxду»s focus on the higher ed model for which it is oriented.
