Where is a student? Off campus, college visit, medical, etc.
Currently a mix of documents and logs to review, leading to inefficiencies.
(BPM of думday in the lifeдуќ of boarding/camp student?)
Tracking student medication management and compliance.
Signing on / off campus.
Parent permission is currently a paper form.
Accurate student cell phone numbers.
Teachers who take students off campus (field trip, auditions, etc.).
With appropriate workflows for authorization.
Lock out charges.
Students without their key have to pay to be let back in their room.
Student fees in general (library, bus, parties, MORP, key replacement with safety, etc.).
Transacting with student personal accounts in general, potentially integrated with a swipe card. Needs to be easy to access. Could help reduce the amount of cash that students are storing in their rooms.
Consider the potential for implementing more credit-card-friendly transactions across campus.
Running log for every building in Aspen (perhaps Pages?).
Campus roving log: staff who see things roving around campus that are notable, like думThese students were smokingдуќ or думthere is trash all over Kresge.дуќ
9/10 Checkin Google Doc.
Infractions Google Doc per student.
Day student overnights.
Resident hall scheduling and staffing. Currently a Google Doc with a hard copy in Health Services.
And people / halls each may use a slightly different process or structure.
