Simplify the admissions process and how tech supports it

Current solutions are complicated.
As an example, admissions materials are collected in many ways: Online, documents via email, documents via fax, documents via mail, etc.
End up having to print everything when we review candidates so that is finally in one form.
Report writing is also very complex given the number of fields / structure of the data that we currently have in place.
Maybe half of that is process and half is the underlying technology.

Our current website is extremely complex for many of our parents.
