Content can be shared -- though of course the normal copyright laws apply.
Original content and classic theatre = good.
New material and translations = bad.
Simply need to do the rights work needed if the owner of the rights is amenable.
do we need a system to track what rights weду»ve procured?
Every year there is some content that we could broadcast.
We do have recordings of most of the productions over the last 20 years (DVD and VHS).
