Improve communication between Admissions & IT

Visibility to changes (Trello? Salesforce Cases? Google Sites) and work in progress.
Perhaps a new meeting to talk through current projects / tasks / timelines. (or anytime access to a site like Trello)

Admissions has been calling (roughly) monthly meetings since March 2012.

I believe this is outdated (request was made before new director).
IT has regularly scheduled meetings with Admissions Director.
