Need a way for parents to complete the intake process online for students who need to have psychological evaluations.
Currently a suite of copyrighted tests.
Parents being able to complete forms online for both camp and academy.
Much simpler than thousands of pieces of paper.
Distribution of information to counselors would be incredibly simpler.
Filtering / reporting on this information in a non-paper format.
Searchable.
Duplication of information on the form is widespread and inefficient.
Tracking both the information in the forms themselves but which notifies or flags information that is critical for certain departments.
Often hard / time consuming to find information that is required but missing.
Needs to be intelligently validated given the studentду»s session, major, division, etc.
