Alumni Categorization for Alumni Directory
Advancement has contracted with PCI to reach out to alumni, get updated info, and publish and sell a directory, ideally in time for the holiday season of 2015.
- Donation Ask is part of the script/offer

- Tentative timeline: Postcard drop date Jan. 31 2014, directory completed by December '14. Need Marketing approval and data sent by mid Jan '14. Formal schedule to follow...
- Need a project lead in Advancement/Alumni.
- Need programming for "ICA Alumni History Summary'

Need to get the programming work scheduled for "ICA Alumni History Summary"; might be able to use Rollup Helper. Steve McB will be in touch with requirements.
Also need Employment data migration from ADP, Great Plains, etc to be complete.
