Data integrity (assist in developing a way to ensure that the user account data we (and other areas) receive from HR/etc. is clean and entered according to certain standards. This will hopefully significantly lessen errors/issues as well as keep things flexible/adaptable in the future as our data uses and needs change) (ease of business)
