Integrate Presents data with Advancement
Friends is our largest giving group; the greatest source of friends is the box office.
Getting box office data integrated elegantly into our core CRM data is a key need.
Patrons themselves are in SFDC but not what events they attended and not synced with the system dynamically.
Duplicates in Patron Edge are widespread.
Addresses are a mess; very little / no data validation.
Need to know what they attended, how often, when, etc.
Potentially integrated with survey.
If we could know who attended separately and in addition to who bought, that would be useful.

Completed with the migration of the temporary PatronManager salesforce org into our primary one, where Advancement and Admissions (and more) data resides.
