Mobile devices for Maintenance / Custodial / Campus safety

Provide a log of actions or events. (or centralized db)
Needs to be able to snap a picture, etc.
Lock a GPS coordinate.
Helpful for the utility master plan: where are all the pipes, electronics, etc.
