Upgrade SCCM to Systems Center 2012

Upgrade the Windows imaging, patch management, software distribution, and reporting software to the latest version to take advantage of adoption to the latest features and support for the latest OSes.  This will also involve upgrading the offline PKI infrastructure for certificates.
