Better Content Submission and Revision/Change Tracking

Better system/process for students to submit content, track changes (easily), and track revisions.

Current issues include: Playwriting formatting in Word does not transfer to Google Docs. Screenwriting uses Final Draft because formatting does not work in Word.

Desires: A version control for documents and the ability to see changes between versions. CW prefers to write their margin comments for studentsду» poems, essays, stories, etc. by hand.

Possible solutions noted: BPM with CW to map out their complicated workflow. It was mentioned that they would like to experiment with iPads and the app that would allow them to hand-write on the iPad then save these as PDF files.
