Associate departmental ticket purchases to actual Contacts in SF

Michael - as a follow-up to Sonja's great presentation....can we find a place to put a donor/guest name in a field on a ticket order if it is purchased by Advancement, the President's office, Admissions, etc?

This is especially important if the tickets are being held at Will Call, and we aren't handling them ourselves. In cases where we have the tickets, I will often track the seats in Activities.

Yes, I would like to find a way to track tickets given to trustees from blocks of tickets purchased through our Department - say when we get 20 tickets for Willie Nelson or other concert. Right now, I have a spreadsheet, but it would be great if we could find a better way to track our departmental assignments.
