Streamlining WWW Content Publication

Creative Writing (Mika and Aimн©) needs training on how to efficiently upload and change content on their section of the public website. The challenges they mention include:

Access to photo bank (images taken by marketing that we may peruse and choose to upload).

Also, a review of photo resolution requirements would be helpful and how to fill with black if they are not the right size (horizontally).

Aimн© had trouble adding Upcoming Readings text/images and Megan found that Aimн© didnду»t have access. Because we make changes/additions so infrequently, the steps and process is confusing as each section has a different system for updating.
