New Hotel management and reservation software

Communication on who is coming to campus, etc.
A VIP flag of some sort would be useful.
But думneed to knowдуќ basis is still required.
Knowing the preferences of guests.
Alumni linkage currently works well. They get chocolate and other думperksдуќ when they check in.
But we donду»t know how often people have visited us, etc.
The ability to analyse trends around visits and get that information integrated into the SFDC environment.
Know who has rented/reserved Frolich (ties win w/ same activitity for MTCAL, or any other rentable facility)
