SnapComms client is ready. I have installed it and used it successfully on my machine. We have a 30-day trial ready to go.

Followed back up with SnapComms, and they said they are almost ready for the 10.9 release on their client. They said they would restart our trial and hopefully will have the client ready in a few more days depending on their QA.
Met with Custer last week to get some quotes and ideas on technology
Completed a walkthrough and have the project details I need. Will work up a cost sheet estimate.
The lab has been upgraded.
Planning on doing a walkthrough on the dorm locations with the electricians this week to find out what, if any, wiring can be done in house versus using FNZ.
SQL 2012 Server has been installed along with a reporting server. Consolidation of DBs will be broken down into individual task items as some of these will be no small amount of effort.
In progress with upgrade, learning XenDesktop as I go. Vastly different compared to XenApp.
