We used Convio for online registration, and its integrated data in salesforce.com for administration.
Now that we are using a single platform for all external email marketing (Convio), the Email preferences piece is in place. Still need to enable Convio's self-service portal for email and address updates, etc.
All new and renewing proposals and contracts are being tracked in SF. Completed proposals and billing are still in Allegiance to facilitate automation with the radio station software.
Implemented PatronManager in March of 2013.
Need to get the programming work scheduled for "ICA Alumni History Summary"; might be able to use Rollup Helper. Steve McB will be in touch with requirements.
It would be ideal to have this in Salesforce as well, for admissions, advancement, business office, box office, etc.
Per meeting with Kathleen, Susan, and Kristina, moving the process into Salesforce is not necessary at this time. See gdoc: Management of Guest Artists

Also need Employment data migration from ADP, Great Plains, etc to be complete.
