Salesforce has recently implemented two factor authentication. This should be activated for all users in order to provide additional security.

AutoCAD and VecorWorks and LanSchool

AutoCAD and VectorWorks (VW is free for students).
All students need to be able to be on their Macs and думplugged intoдуќ a projection that is projected in the classroom.
LANSchool need again -- be able to show the work of any student in the class on the primary projector.
May want to teach Maya as well.

Building Student Rosters

It can be a challenge to build rosters based on the changing enrollments of the classes.

Electronic text books, Mathematica, WeBWorK, etc.

Will be able to begin getting student preferences in place earlier in the year for the following year.

This is the approved MPA projector project.  Quotes have been received from Blue Water and Mike Babb.  It is looking like we will go with the Mike Babb solution.

Mike M is going to schedule a walkthrough with myself, Tim L, and some folks from maintenance to discuss timeline and project needs.  So far it looks like this project should come in well under budget.

Add audio / video to all learning spaces

All the teaching spaces need the ability to have audio / video. Current music carts are not sufficient.

Alumni Categorization for Alumni Directory

Advancement has contracted with PCI to reach out to alumni, get updated info, and publish and sell a directory, ideally in time for the holiday season of 2015.

Improve communication between Admissions & IT

Visibility to changes (Trello? Salesforce Cases? Google Sites) and work in progress.
Perhaps a new meeting to talk through current projects / tasks / timelines. (or anytime access to a site like Trello)

Admissions has been calling (roughly) monthly meetings since March 2012.

Heather asked for help improving the efficiency of her and Barb Sandy's various mail merges of Salesforce data. Apsona's tool is likely a good fit for this. It costs $50/year/user.
