The only reason the box office is running Windows is to be able to run the Cisco Call Manager system. If we could find a replacement for that functionality, perhaps with a telephony solution integrated with patron data in salesforce.com, they could move to Mac OS. This should improve performance.

Meijer's & Glen's have walk up terminals that people can apply for jobs online. Please create at least two generic email accounts that can access ICA employment applications & provide walk up candidates an outlet to fill the application out online & send it to HR. We can use Maintenance workstations to provide the log in access points. Of course this is a request that includes HR interests and some inclusion of them will be necessary. PatronEdge is running on Windows Xp which is no longer supported by Microsoft as of April 2014. Need to determine what data didn't get migrated as part of the PatronManager implementation and migrate it to PM/salesforce. Also, likely need to determine better/creative ways to report on the data that was migrated, "Historical Ticket Orders" specifically.
