Medical interactions / record in Aspen to make it the official student medical record.

Behavior field (emotional, behavioral, academic / hold, return) needs to by synced between ERx and Aspen.
Currently only a one-way street.

Travel Plans are complicated; have partially moved into Aspen but we can / should be tracking more information and perhaps still improving the process.

Tracking parent permissions.

And tracking the changes that happen to those plans is not simple / effective.

Overall process needs to be mapped and optimized while matched to technology.

Cameras in lobbies and basements (pertinent public areas) of the residence halls to better allow for safety and surveillance. (and possibly audio as well)
A particular need given the dorms are open during the day.
Ideally tied into our campus safety team and their ability to monitor remotely.
Needs to be as subtle as possible.
The implementation of such a system from a cultural perspective would need to be a significant consideration.

It would be helpful if Campus Safety knew what inventory was in place in each classroom so things could be better protected and accounted for in the Summer.

Perhaps more on the academy side of things than camp.

Lots more workflows (in some instances just plain form tracking) in Aspen to reduce mailing effort, improve timeliness, etc.
Travel, college visits, parent permissions forms, cabin life information forms, birthday cake, faculty off campus trips with students, professional development.
And do data analysis on this information.

Rebuild the Access db (google docs?) in place with Aspen customizations.

Math-Science wants additional training time to help appropriately prepare and use their new technology.
