After three years, it is time for the Interlochen website to be renovated. There are many components to this need:

-- Track people beyond the CPC model.
-- Applicants and inquiries. (Campaign tracking - multi-channel)
-- Need the analytics that this information will provide to optimize budget and reach.
-- Not just on the website but across all media.
-- Over 16K pages / content on the site today.
-- Need better capability for management of videos, photos, and audio.
-- Information architecture puzzle that needs to be solved.
-- Copyright question lingers.
-- Need to rationalize what is on the site vs. Convio, Aspen, Enrollment Rx, Patron Edge, etc. (e.g. virtual web site)
-- And provide as seamless a solution as possible for different users.
-- Freshness of content needs to be maintained and measured.
-- How do we integrate the creation of content within the process of its development?
-- With appropriate workflows to ensure editorial quality.
-- And perhaps model the actual flow of information / content throughout all the media channels and departments either is derived from or influences.
-- Interact with current users of the website.
-- Who is Interlochen on the web? Departments, people, personalities, faculty, etc.

Is it possible to add the phone extension to the email account name when pulling up an email address? For example, I am brand new. In order to find a phone number, I have to go to an outdated people finder to find someone's extension. It would be really cool if I could search their name and have their extension come up as well. Door alarms in DeRoy are not terribly effective or even extant.

Better lock system in general: most doors seem to be open at potentially unsafe / inappropriate times.

Content can be shared -- though of course the normal copyright laws apply.
Original content and classic theatre = good.
New material and translations = bad.
