Clean Up Old Files on G:
Probably time to cleanse the G: drive.
May find opportunities for improvements wrt content, folder structure, etc.
Often have to find documents from the previous year in order to reuse or repurpose for the current years.
Example of the need for a structural documented protocol.

Photo Directory for All Employees
I would very much like to see a photo directory for employees. I feel that this would be easy to do if you took the photo from your photo badge and automatically uploaded it to Google Mail so that when email we know who is who and from a security standpoint.

After testing and research and a meeting (or two), it looks like we're going to try to use Convio Online for the division specific ticket purchase. Then the Box Office will "sell" tickets assigned seats to the campers (using Third Party payment method) in the real event in Patron Manager.

Need Charging Stations for Laptops
In the rotundas there are not adequate plugs for students to charge their laptops. This becomes especially important in the 1:1 landscape.
