Currently only using Netflix.

Netflix is too limited because their selection is both limited and variable over time.
Allows students to watch repeatedly as they prepare for a shoot.

Recording auditions directly to their computer for students.

Chris Gruits and marketing would like the Google Analytics ecommerce tracking implemented on the PatronManager online ticketing process, so that we can see the $ value of each sale and attribute it to marketing campaigns, emails, and other sources.

HR would like to revamp the process for performance review. We may need to just have an online form or google form. 

Requested from Ann Kullenberg.  I have already completed a complete upgrade and OS upgrade to the latest LTS Ubuntu on a test server.  At this point I am waiting on Ann to get back to me for feedback and to go ahead for the live update.  I estimate with my notes from the dev upgrade it will take approximately four hours.
