Ability to determine what areas can be booked for what type of activities, and required prep work, (e.g. grass cutting and watering, custodial, interior needs (stands, chairs etc.).

Would be useful for those areas we want to allow eternal entities to book as well.

Currently stored on DVDs.
Potential to work with the library on archiving or simply adding space to the current IPR environment.

It would be great if there was a better way to handle the immense dropdown fields for Dept Code, Expense Code, Fund Code, and Project Number. Perhaps something searchable with an auto-complete mechanism similar to how help.interlochen.org search works?

Already begun working on this.  Designing a 5 year plan on lab and client refreshes.  Working with the help desk to identify outliers and truly understand the entire picture of our machine deploys and needs.
